Dust Kingdom is where the filthiest of trash digimon reside, having become so filthy that the only inhabitants capable of living here are Scumon and Numemon variants. There is a training facility deep within the reaches of this kingdom, however, rumored to grant magical powers to those capable enough of withstanding the smell to even train there.
